Python tools for various use cases

  * `fileextensionstats.py`: Display the total file size of files in a directory and subdirectories, grouped by extension.
  * `xmltogamelist.py`: explore gamelist.xml files in a typical rom directory (Lakka, Recalbox, EmuElec, Batocera, RetroPie) to create a custom gamelist from favourites.
